What Stages Does Kardelen Su Go Through From The Source To The Glass?

  • Apart from residential and agricultural areas, away from physical, chemical and biological hazards, our source on the top of the KEREM ALI mountains is protected against all kinds of pollution.
  • The water taken from its source in a healthy way has been brought to a state ready for transmission with a catchment made of materials that will not spoil the quality of the water.
  • Water accumulating in the catchment is given to pipes made of materials that will not spoil the physical and chemical properties of water, that is, to the transmission line. Cleaning and disinfection of the catchment and transmission line is done at periodic intervals.
  • All surfaces and equipment that come into contact with water from the source to the filling are made of materials that will not impair the quality of the water and harm health. The water coming from the transmission line is controlled, passed through filters for safety purposes and taken to the storage tanks under hygienic conditions. After the laboratory controls of the water taken into the storage tanks are made, it is given to production

Kardelen Pet Water Filling Stage

Our pet bottles are made in two ways.

  • Purchase of preforms
  • Production of the preform by taking the pet raw material (poly ethyl terephthalate), and the production of pet bottles from the preform.

    • The preforms, which are taken ready-made from the supplier, are heated in the oven at 90 degrees and inflated with 40 bar pressure in the blow mold to form bottles in the molds.

    Filling Stage: Pet bottles come to the filling machine and are shaken with the filling water. The filled pet bottles are capped, labeled and the production, expiry date and production time are coded on the cap or bottle. Inspected bottles are packed in the shrink machine, stacked on the pallet, wrapped in the stretch machine and stocked for shipment.
